Any decision to grant or deny installment or lease credit will be made by John Deere Credit in Iowa
Any decision to grant or deny revolving credit will be made by FPC Financial, f.s.b., in Wisconsin

By submitting this application electronically, I (we) agree that I am (we are) electronically signing this credit application and such electronic signature shall be treated as an affirmation by me (us) as of the truthfulness of all information provided on this application. I (We) agree that John Deere Credit is expressly relying on the accuracy of the information submitted in making its credit decision.

If this application from credit is denied, I (we) have the right to a written statement listing the specific reason(s) for denial. 

For Installment or Lease applications
To obtain a written statement of denial, please contact the Customer Service Dept., Construction Finance Group, Deere Credit Services, Inc., P.O. Box 6600, Johnston, Iowa 50131 within 60 days from the date you are notified of our decision. We will send you a written statement of the reason(s) for denial within 30 days of receiving your request. NOTICE: The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract); or because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Protection Act. For Revolving Credit applications
IF your credit application for Revolving Credit is denied, a written application will automatically be sent to you. The federal agency that administers compliance is: Office of Thrift Supervision, Central Region Director, 1 South Wacker Drive, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60606.
I (We) release all claims against Deere Credit, Inc., John Deere Construction Equipment Company (JDCEC), FPC Financial, f.s.b. (collectively known as John Deere Credit), and my other creditors for all acts or omissions which occur in verifying the above information.
EARLY PAY-OFF (Revolving Credit) or EARLY TERMINATION (Installment or Leasing)

You may at any time pay off the full unpaid balance under the credit agreement
